Success Story – June – Ms. Philley

Ms. Philley is a long- term care resident. A specialized plan of care was established for her by Occupational Therapy after a recent decline in her ability to perform everyday activities.

 Ms Philley is enthusiastic about doing therapy and has worked hard on meeting her goals.

She has made significant progress with improvements in safety and increased independence in activities of daily living.
