“Good job, Mr. Hill!”

Mr. Hill came to Founders Plaza following a home accident that led to a fracture of his spine.  Upon admission, Mr. Hill required staff assistance to transfer, complete activities of daily living such as dressing and was limited on his ability to walk due to pain.

The amazing nursing and therapy team at Founders Plaza developed a personalized treatment plan to address pain, weakness, barriers to balance, and provide strategies to achieve independence with daily living tasks.

We are excited to share, Mr. Hill has returned home.  He is walking over 150 feet with a rolling walker and performing day to day living task independently.
