“Keep up the great work, Mr. Holley!”

Mr. David Holley came to Founders Plaza after a hospital stay that left him weak and unable to complete his daily tasks or walk without assistance.

After working very hard with our therapy team, he can now move within the facility independently. David has made such incredible progress that he is now ready to return home.

The therapy team is very proud of Mr. Holley’s fast progress and motivation. David will continue to be a friendly face at Founders Plaza when visiting his wife.
